The Neighbourhood
We are a family business that owns a few of the apartments at Jomthien Hill's Resort Condominium. Most of our rooms are newly renovated and have a modern standard. The condominium is located on Pratamnak hill with a five minutes walk to Dong Tan beach. The Pratamnak area is also called the Beverly Hills of Pattaya and is more rural and peaceful then downtown Pattaya. We offer studios for rent for both short (30 days) and long term rental. About Room For Rent

You will find many restaurants in the local area. If you feel for some fun with water you have the water slides at Pattaya Park only a few minutes away, the same is for Dong Tan beach. Not far away on the top of Pratamnak hill you have a Buddhist temple named Wat Phra Yai because of the 18 metres high Buddha. In the night you have the Russian market in front of Pattaya Park if you don´t feel for taking a trip to the night market at Jomtien beachroad.

Baht buses (songthaew) to Jomtien and Pattaya runs from Thappraya Road which is a ten minutes walk away.
